Returns policy

Due to the great success of Blackweek, we currently have an increased volume in our returns department.

Please note that there will unfortunately be delays in processing returns.

As soon as your parcel has been processed by us, you will of course receive your money back immediately and automatically.

We are of course working flat out to process returns as quickly as possible.

Should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, you can send the item back to us within 14 days.

Returns within Europe are free of charge.

How do I return a product?

  1. Please ensure that you send the item back to us, complete with its label and original packaging. Please note that returns are only accepted when items are unworn and new.
  2. Please select the reason for return from the list above and the quantity of returned items above on this return slip and place this in your parcel.
  3. You will receive your return label by email. Please visit the following URL for your country, enter your postal address and email address, and then click on “send email”. You will immediately receive an email from DHL with a return label attached as a PDF. Please print this out on A4 paper and cut out as marked.
  4. Please affix the return label to the outside of the parcel and ensure that the package is well sealed and take it to your local post office.

What happens next?

After the goods have been received and checked, you will receive an email from JACK WOLFSKIN confirming that we have received your return. We will then refund the value of your return without delay. The method of reimbursement will be the same as the method of payment you selected for your order.

We reserve the right to reject returned products that do not meet our requirements for return.Please bear in mind that we can currently only accept returned items that were purchased from the JACK WOLFSKIN online shop. For products which were purchased at a JACK WOLFSKIN store, please contact the store directly.

Dealing with complaints

  1. Please send us the damaged or faulty products with a short description of the defects to our return address.
  2. Our quality department will review your article. If the complaint is due to a manufacturing defect, we reserve the right to repair the item for you, send an equivalent replacement or refund you the full purchase price.
  3. Send us your request for your preferred method of compensation. We will do our best to meet your expectations and will contact you if we have any questions.
